Hi there! I’m Sarah, the heart and hands behind The Lather Bar Co. What started as a passion for crafting, beauty and plants I combined them all and began something I’m incredibly proud of today.

Why I Started The Lather Bar Co

I created The Lather Bar Co because I wanted to share my creativity and knowledge. I was inspired by my friends and family, and I saw an opportunity to bring something good to the world. Each piece I create is a reflection of my journey, my values, and my dedication to bringing you something special.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, our products are formulated with gentle, high-quality ingredients, making them suitable for most skin types. If you have particularly sensitive skin, we always recommend doing a patch test first.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free. We believe in creating ethical products that are kind to both your skin and animals.

How can I place an order?

You can browse through our products, add them to your cart, and check out directly on the website and our Facebook Shop. Simply follow the easy steps and you’ll be all set!

How do I apply a discount code?

You can apply a discount code at checkout. Simply enter the code in the discount code box, and your savings will be applied before payment. If your discount code is not working it may be due to an expired code. If you are sure the code is valid and still not working, please contact us to rectify this issue for you.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $150 within Australia. For orders below that, a standard shipping fee will apply at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s status on the Auspost website. If you have trouble tracking your order, please check your spam/junk folder for our email.

Can I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order is placed. If you need to make adjustments, please contact us immediately, and we'll do our best to help.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We offer refunds or exchanges for defective or damaged products. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the process. For non-defective products, we currently do not accept returns, but please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

How do I update my shipping address?

If you need to update your shipping address, please reach out immediately through the contact form. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll make the change for you.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within Australia. Unfortunately, at this early stage we have no plans to ship internationally.

I have a question about a previous order. How can I get help?

For questions regarding past orders, including status or product information, please include your order number when contacting us, and we’ll be happy to assist.

How can I join your mailing list for updates?

Simply there is a couple of ways:

  • sign up with your email address in the Subscribe to our emails section at the bottom of the page,
  • Checking the subscribe box upon checkout
